Complaints
When accessing the «Complaints» section, a list of cameras that have received complaints from users is displayed.
Each row contains the following data:
Camera ID
Camera name
Camera status
Number of complaints received (Quantity)
Camera location
For quick search and retrieval, the table entries can be sorted by:
Camera name
Camera status
Number of complaints (Quantity)
Camera location
To view the list of complaints for a specific camera, expand the list using the buttons:
Complaint list
The following types of complaints are provided:
No sound
No picture
Foreign objects in the lens
Interruptions in work
Swing mechanism defective
To change the status of a complaint to «Processed», click on the corresponding icon and confirm the action.
