Deleting visitors

There are two ways to delete visitors.

Method 1. Deleting all visitors:

• Go to the «Visitors» tab

• Click on the delete button

• Confirm the deletion of all visitors

Method 2. Deleting one or multiple visitors:

• Go to the «Visitors» tab

• Long-press on a visitor to select them

• If necessary, select other visitors

• Click on the delete button

• Confirm the deletion

After the expiration of the code's validity period, the visitor will be automatically deleted within 24 hours.

A corresponding notification will be sent to your mobile device 24 hours before the visitor is deleted.
