Added addresses. The Portal administrator client

The Added addresses section contains a list of all addresses added by each user. Each user may have multiple added addresses.

The added addresses list

Each added address contains the following information:

  • ID – an identification number of the address in the system.

  • Address – an address that was specified by a user.

  • Status – a status of an address: Ready to check, Declined, Confirmed.

  • Available to – the date that is specified by the operator during the validation process.

  • The View (eye) icon to view the address.

To view an address, select the View icon or select the relevant line.

You can also view addresses in the All users sections when selecting the relevant user.

Data is available only to view unless the user completes step 1 and step 2 and selects Complete data verification on step 3.

The Ready to check status will be displayed only when the user completes the registration process. Select the Edit icon to proceed with verification.

The address verification is available only after the personal data verification is completed.

Selecting the Edit icon navigates you to the page of the status setting.

Selecting a status

From the drop-down list, select a relevant status for the address:

  • Ready to check – continue the verification process without changing of the status.

  • Declined – the submitted data is invalid. Selecting this status opens an additional filed to specify the reason.

  • Confirmed – The submitted address is correct. Selecting this status opens an additional filed to specify the date until which the data is considered valid.

To save the selected status, select Update Address.

If there are several addresses to verify, repeat the process for each address.
