Complaints. Cameras

This tab contains complaints received from users through mobile applications, the web user interface, or the desktop client.

Complaint list

After addressing the cause of a complaint, it should be marked as processed.

Processed complaints are placed in the Complaint Processing History section.

In this section, each complaint has the following format:

  • Date of complaint processing.

  • Complaint name.

  • Quantity, number of submissions.

  • Username of the processing user.

  • Login of the processing user.
