Intercom settings

To access the intercom settings, go to the Intercoms tab and select the Manage button next to the intercom name.

The settings are displayed on Intercom configuration and Photos to open tabs.

Intercom settings

The following settings options are available:

  • Select the options to receive calls and open the door.

  • Set the notification receiving time.

  • Add a photo to open the door.

Select an option to receive calls and open the door

The available options to receive calls and open the door depend on the type of connection that is modified by the administrator in the Administrator client.

The list of available options is as follows:

  • Mobile application. Calls are received on the mobile phone. If the setting is off, incoming calls won’t be displayed on the current phone, but you’ll receive notifications on missed calls and the deleted inactive visitors, and can still track the call history. The setting is applied only on your phone and doesn’t influence the intercom work on other devices connected to the current account.

  • Analog handset. Calls are received via the analog handset of the intercom. Enabling or disabling the option will impact the users of the current apartment.

  • Telephone set. Calls are received via the landline phone. Enabling or disabling the option will impact the users of the current apartment.

Notification setting

This setting is local and does not affect the operation of the intercom on other devices connected to the current account.

This setting allows you to specify periods during which the intercom will be turned off.

You can specify specific days of the week or set a specific period.

To set a period, select Dates and fill in the Start date and End date fields. Adjust the time if necessary.

To save the introduced changes, select Save.

Add a photo to open the door

To add a photo for opening a door, go to the Photos to open tab.

The tab won’t be available if the Open the door using facial recognition intercom setting is disabled for the current intercom or for the current user from the Administrator client.

This tab displays a list of added photos.

When you select a photo, it will be displayed in full screen.

The Photos to open tab

On the tab, you can:

  • Add a photo

  • Edit a photo

  • Delete a photo

To add a photo:

  • Click on the Add photo button.

  • On the page that opens:

    • Click on the Upload photo button to upload the file in one of the following ways:

      • Upload photo from gallery.

      • Take a photo with your phone camera.

      • Take a photo with the intercom camera.

    • Enter photo name.

    • Check the radio button that you agree to the processing of personal data.

    • Click on the Add photo button.

Adding a photo

When you click on a photo, it will be displayed in full screen.

To edit a photo:

  • Click on the control menu.

  • In the list that opens, select Edit.

  • On the page that opens:

    • Change the photo title.

    • Click on the Save changes.

Editing a photo

When you click on a photo, it will be displayed in full screen.

To delete a photo:

  • Click on the control menu.

  • In the list that opens, select Delete photo.

  • Confirm deletion.
