Reload the DVR indexes for the stream.

PUT /api/streams/{stream-uid}/reload/

stream-uid^optional	uid	Unique stream identifier {@hint:uid}
token^required	string	Authorization token for API requests. see Mediaserver/Web API/Authorization/CreateApiToken

Response
200		Returns the stream UID.

404		Stream with this UID was not found.
