Mobile app users (Android, iOS)

The mobile app is available to the following types of users:

• Users created via billing. This user is created and added via the customer’s systems. Navigate to the Users documentation section to view details.

• System users. This user is added by the administrator via the Administrator interface. Navigate to the Users documentation section to view details.

• Subusers. This user is created by a user in their web interface if they have relevant permissions. Navigate to the Sub users section of the web client user guide.
