Feedback (Android, iOS)
From the Feedback section, the mobile app user can send an email with feedback or report an issue to the support team. To do this, an email client must be set up on the mobile device.
To send a feedback message, follow the steps:
From the Other section, tap Feedback.
On the opened tab, choose a topic Application operation or Other questions, and tap Continue.
Select an email client to send a message. This will open a draft message that is prefilled. Here, check the draft and edit if required the following details:
An email address of the support.
A message topic that was selected in the previous step.
A device type where the mobile app is installed.
An operating system version.
Your login.

Describe the issues, add screenshots if relevant.
Tap Send.
Once the message is sent, you’ll be redirected to the Other section.
