The General data tab. Intersvyaz intercoms

On the General data tab for Intersvyaz intercoms, you can track and manage the following settings:

The General data tab

  • Name. An intercom name.

  • Item type. A vendor type.

  • Department type. Displays either the main entrance or a side one.

  • Department name. Displays the name of the entrance.

  • Intercom address.

  • Entrance number.

  • Door opening time, seconds. The time during which the door remains open when the intercom is open from an analog handset, a landline phone, or a mobile application.

  • Type of connection. The intercom connection scheme. It is automatically applied to all the apartments. The following options are available:

    • Matrix-switching. Calls are received only on the analog intercom handset. When this scheme is selected, the Switch matrix tab is additionally displayed for matrix configuration (description of the tab is provided below).

    • Fixed. Calls are received only via the landline phone. The phone number is specified on the Apartments tab when selecting an apartment.

    • Smart. Calls are received only via the mobile device. The SIP account is specified on the Apartments tab when selecting an apartment.

    • Combined 1. Calls are received via the analog intercom handset and the mobile device. Additionally, the Switch matrix tab is displayed.

    • Combined 2. Calls are received on the landline phone and the mobile device.

  • Restricting video viewing from the intercom. It enables setting restrictions for users of the mobile app to view the intercom camera. On the Apartments tab, you can configure the settings for an individual user. The settings that are configured on the General data tab are applied to all the users of the current intercom.

    • Restrict viewing of live videos. You can restrict access to view the intercom camera video in live mode.

    • Restrict viewing videos in the archive. You can restrict access to view the intercom camera video in archive mode. In the case of existing events (answered and missed calls), viewing the archived video is available 15 seconds before and 30 seconds after the vent.

  • Door opening time. The time during which the door remains open if it was open with a key.

  • Open intercom. Set the time during which the door remains open. If Always open is selected, the door will remain open until the administrator selects the Close the door button, or panel settings are reset to the factory settings.

  • Close the door. Cancels any of the selected settings, the door will be closed.

  • Activate setting of opening modes. When the setting is enabled, the door will remain open according to the set schedule:

    • Open by date. On the calendar, you can set the date during which the door will remain open. The maximum period is 24 hours.

    • Open by days. Select the weekdays and the time during which the door will remain open. The schedule is repeated weekly.

  • Possibility of opening doors. Here, you select the options for users to open the door. On the Apartments tab, you can also modify settings individually for each user. The settings, modified on the General information tab, are applied to all the users of the current intercom in all the added apartments:

    • Open the door with a chip key. By default, the setting is enabled. If you disable it, all the keys become inactive. However, you can still add and delete keys, assign them to users and perform other actions.

    • Open the door with a time code. By default, the setting is enabled. If you disable it, the following changes will occur:

      • The Temporary codes tab will no longer be visible.

      • The Visitors tab in the mobile app will no longer be visible.

      • All existing temporary (time) codes for all the apartments will be deleted.

      • When the option is enabled again, the time codes aren’t restored.

    • Open the door from the mobile app. By default, the setting is enabled. If you disable it, the door opening button will become unavailable in the mobile app in the Intercoms section.

    • Open the door using facial recognition. By default, the setting is disabled. When disabled, the following changes occur:

      • The function of the door opening by facial recognition stops. It refers both to the mobile app and the Administrator client.

      • The Analytics tab will no longer be visible.

      • On the Events tab, the Analytics events subsection will no longer be visible.

      • In the mobile app, the Photos to open tab will no longer be visible in the intercom settings.

      • The resources and the groups of resources remain unchanged.

To save the introduced changes, select the Setting up apartment intercom button.

Changing the connection scheme sets the status to Initializing. During this time, the intercom settings cannot be modified until all the apartments are reconfigured.
