Archive settings
The Archive tab is designed to manage archive recording for the selected camera. Here, administrators can flexibly configure archive recording for each video stream individually. This centralized hub gives you a complete overview of every camera stream and allows you to set individual recording parameters for each one with ease.

Configuring the archive recording schedule
Here, you can select how recording of the selected camera archive is performed with regard to the camera streams:
Record only the low (standard) quality stream
Record only the high quality stream
Both streams simultaneously.
By default, archive recording is off.
To enable or disable the stream archive recording, drag the toggle to the relevant position at the stream title.
Under Number of days the archive was stored, enter a number of days for archive storage: from 1 to 90.
The number of days should start from 1. You can’t enter 0.
For cameras that are added manually, the default value is set to 1 day. This value can be edited, provided the corresponding access right is granted.
For cameras that are added automatically, the system sets the value based on the customer’s specifications, and it cannot be modified.
Under Recording mode, select a relevant option:
Continuous – archive recording is uninterrupted.
Scheduled – archive recording is performed according to the set schedule.
The camera's operating schedule may differ from its archive recording schedule (see the General data documentation page). In this case, archive recording will follow the camera's operating schedule.
If the archive recording schedule was configured by someone in a different time zone, you'll see a notification. Once you edit it, the schedule will automatically adjust to your current time zone.
On event – archive recording is triggered by an event received from a camera that supports the ONVIF protocol. You can select relevant events from within the ONVIF settings tab.
Selecting the On event option will result in an archive containing 5 seconds of footage prior to the event and 60 seconds following it. Should a subsequent event be detected within the 60-second post-event window, a new 60-second recording period will commence from the time of that new event's detection, and this process will repeat.
To save the selected options, choose Save.
