Deleted cameras

The Deleted cameras page lists deleted cameras.

After 30 days from the deletion, the camera is completely removed from the system.

The table groups information about cameras in the following columns:

  • ID

  • Name

  • Status

  • Number of video streams

  • IP address

  • Creation date

  • Deletion date

  • User – specifies the login of the user who deleted the camera.

  • Location – filled in when the address system is used.

Selecting a camera from the list opens a window with detailed information.

Editing functionality is unavailable for deleted camera records.

Deleting a camera with the keep archive (for 30 days) option allows you to access its archived footage for 30 days from within the camera’s card on the View in player tab.

Deleting camera archives. In the case, when the camera archive is still available in the system, you can remove it. For this, select the Delete the archive button and confirm the action.

Deleting an archive releases a camera license.

The details of the deleted camera

To get information about the user who deleted the camera, select their login.

The camera deletion is recorded on the Events tab.

If the camera was deleted automatically, the User column indicates that the camera was deleted by the system user. Selecting a username will take you to the card of the deleted camera on the Events tab.
