Camera events feed. View events in the player (Android, iOS)
Camera events feed provides a complete event log from this camera and is available for users in both Live and Archive mode. In the events feed, users can track all logged events: user events, analytics, system events, events from the Bridge devices, from the Agent- and ONVIF-compatible cameras.
Tapping an event in the events feed opens it in the player.
If the archived moment corresponding to the selected event is no longer available, the user will see a notification. Such an event won’t open in the player.
To select and view an event in the player, follow the steps:
When viewing a camera feed, tap Camera events to expand the list of events.

By default, the feed displays the user events. If there are no user events, you’ll see a message about it.
To view the complete events feed, swipe the list up. To close it, swipe down.
The events are listed in the chronological order, starting from the latest.

The users events feed
To view the events feed of other types, tap Filters.
In the opened Filters bottom sheet, select a relevant tab to list the required type of events:
User events are the following events:
Events that were added by the current user.
Answered and missed calls from intercom.
Analytics events are events that occurred within a created analytics case. An analytics case is created by the user through the web interface.
Device events includes options to filters events from the Bridge devices (Bridge activated by system user, Bridge deactivated by system user) and from the Agent-compatible cameras (System. Camera agent activated; System. Camera agent deactivated).
Camera events filter includes options to filter events:
SMTP motion detection
The events received from cameras via the ONVIF protocol: Motion detect; Tamper detection. Image too blurry; Tamper detection. Image too dark; Tamper detection. Image too bright; Tamper detection. Global scene change; Event from external system; Event to external system; Configuration changed.
System events are the following events:
High quality stream is active
High quality stream is inactive
Low quality stream is active
Low quality stream is inactive
Specify the start and end period to filter events.
Use additional filters on the tabs, where available. To apply them, tap Add events and select required.
To clear the filter, tap Reset.

Select Apply filters to apply the set filters.
As a result, the filtered events will be listed in the events feed and event markers will be displayed on the timeline.

The filtered events
To view the event in the player, tap the event in the events feed. The event will be played in Archive mode. If the archived moment corresponding to the selected event is no longer available, you’ll see a notification. Such an event won’t open in the player.
To view all the events from all available cameras, as well as open these events in the player, navigate to the Events tab.
