Take a screenshot (Android, iOS)

When in Live or Archive mode, users can capture a screenshot of the current image displayed on the player. To capture a screenshot, tap the Screenshot button.

On the newly opened Upload screenshots tab, select an option to manager the screenshot:

  • Save to my screenshots. The screenshot will be automatically saved in the app. You can find the screenshots saved in this way on the Other tab > My screenshots and videos.

  • Save to gallery. The screenshot is automatically saved to the mobile app gallery.

  • Copy to clipboard. The screenshot is automatically copied to your clipboard, making it easy to paste it into other apps or messages without saving it to your device.

  • Share. By using this feature, you will send the screenshot directly to messaging apps, email, or cloud storage without saving it to your device gallery.

  • To cancel uploading a screenshot, close the tab.

Saving a screenshot

A saved screenshot includes the following information:

  • The camera name and the date and time when the screenshot was saved.

  • Saved files adhere to the following naming structure: <camera name>_DD.MM.YY-HH:MM:SS. For example, a file might be named: Entrance#2_16.01.25-10:02:15.png. File names are limited to a maximum of 255 characters in total, including the file extension.
