Profiles. The Portal administrator client

The Profiles section displays personal data of the users.

The following information is displayed for a user:

• Full name – displays a full name of a user.

• Status – displays a current status of the submitted by the user data: Onboarding, Ready to check, Confirmed, Declined.

• Personal data valid to – the date after which the data must be verified again. The date that was specified by the operator during the data validation process.

• The View (eye) icon to view the personal data of a user.

• The Edit icon – available only when the user completed all required information and selected Complete data verification.

The Confirmed status will be displayed in cases when the user verified their personal data via available options in the My details section. In this case, the operator may proceed with the user’s address verification, as the personal data verification isn’t required.

To view the details, select the line of the relevant user or the View (eye) icon.

You can also view personal data in the All users sections when selecting the relevant user.

Data is available only to view unless the user completes step 1 and step 2 and selects Complete data verification on step 3. The Ready to check status will be displayed only when the user completes the registration process. Select the Edit icon to proceed with verification.

This calls out the drop-down list to select the verification status.

Select the verification status:

• Ready to check – continue the data verification process without changing of the status.

• Declined – the submitted data is invalid. Selecting this status opens an additional filed to specify the reason.

• Confirmed – the submitted data is enough and correct. Selecting this status opens an additional filed to specify the date until which the data is considered valid.

To save the selected status, select Update Profile.

• Once the status is set as Confirmed or Declined, and the profile is updated, any further changes to the status will be disabled.

• Once the profile status is set as Declined, the same status is automatically assigned to all the user’s addresses. The user’s status in the All users section is displayed as Confirmed.

The verification results and the specified by the operator reason of the decline will be available to the user in the My Details section.

When the operator completes the profile verification, they may proceed with the user’s addresses verification.
