Settings. The Portal user personal account
In the Settings section, you can perform the following actions:
Change an email to restore access to your Portal personal account.
Change a password.
Add an email
You can add or change an email that is used to restore access to your Portal personal account:
To add or change an email:
Select the Change mail button.
On the opened panel, enter an email address.
Please provide an email address that differs from the one used during your registration on the Portal.
Select the Send confirmation button. As a result, a confirmation will be sent to the specified email.
Confirm the email by following the link in the received email.
Upon confirmation, the specified email will be used to restore access to your Portal personal account.
Change a password
Here, you can change a password to your Portal personal account.
This password is also used to log in to the Video Surveillance platform.
To change a password:
Select the Change password button.
In the opened form, complete a current and new password.
To save the introduced changes, select Change password.
