In the Licenses subsection, you can find information about the number of licenses:
For cameras.
For intercoms.
For different levels of video analytics (see Licensing Analytics).
The Camera licenses section also includes the added to bridges cameras.
If the Analytics module is not connected, licenses for analytics will not be displayed on the page.
For camera and intercoms licenses, the following information is indicated:
Used, the number of licenses used for this licensing parameter.
Available, the number of available licenses for this licensing parameter.
Total, the total number of licenses for this licensing parameter.
For the Analytics licenses, the following information is indicated:
License name and level.
Types of analytics available within the license of the specified level.
Used, the number of licenses used for this licensing parameter.
Available, the number of available licenses for this licensing parameter.
Total, the total number of licenses for this licensing parameter.
Shared, the total number of licenses distributed to users by the operator.
For Level 1 video analytics license, the available analytics types are:
Detection of loud sounds.
Smoke and fire detection.
Line crossing detection.
Camera damage/overlap/vandalism detection.
Zone intrusion detection.
For Level 2 video analytics license, the available analytics types are:
Counting objects in an area.
Visitor counting.
For Level 3 video analytics license, the available analytics types are:
Face recognition:
Users – number of licenses used in the web client.
Devices – the number of licenses that are used by the intercom through the Administrator client.
License plate recognition.
Container number recognition.
For Level 4 video analytics license, the available analytics types are:

Devices

After removing analytics licenses, information about analytics types, reactions, events, and analytics resources is preserved for the user for 7 days and then deleted.
The page also displays the status of camera and intercom licensing servers and separate analytics licensing servers. The statuses are updated based on the hourly license recheck. If an error is received in response to the request, the status Inactive is displayed.
In case the license server is unavailable, the license quantity information displays the text No data.
For the Face recognition analytics type, by clicking it is possible to open a list that indicates:
Users – number of licenses used in the web client.
Devices – the number of licenses that are used by the intercom through the administrator’s account.
Support and software updates
In the Support and software updates subsection, information about the end of technical support and the ability to update software is provided.
