B2C Users

Under B2C Users, you can find the list of all B2C users of the User Portal.

The B2C users list

The following information is displayed for a user:

  • ID – the identification number of a user in the User Portal Manager.

  • Login – the user login. This login was created either by the user when registering on the User Portal, or by the administrator when creating a user in the User Portal Manager.

  • Status – a user status. It can be one of the following: Onboarding, Ready to check, Confirmed.

  • Source – specifies the way a B2C user was added to the system:

    • Onboarding – the user registered via the User Portal.

    • Admin – the user was created in the User Portal Manager.

  • Created at – the registration date of a user on the User Portal.

You can perform the following actions from this area:

  • Create a B2C user. See the details below.

  • Navigate to the user card to view the details. For this, select the ID number of the user or the View image-20241021-074805.png icon.

  • Navigate to the user card to edit the details. For this, select the Edit icon image-20241021-074954.png for the user.

  • Search by login.

  • Filter by user status or source of creation.

  • Set the number of elements per page for display.

Statuses

Onboarding

The Onboarding status is displayed for users registered on the User Portal users and performed the following actions:

  • They haven’t completed any information in the My details section.

  • Completed step 1 (Service address) of the data verification process in the My details section.

  • Completed step 1 (Service address) and step 2 (Personal data) of the data verification process in the My details section.

Ready to check

The Ready to check status means that the submitted by the user data is ready for verification by the administrator of the User Portal Manager. The status is displayed when the user completed step 1 (Service address) and step 2 (Personal data) of the data validation process in the My details section and selected Complete data verification button on step 3.

Confirmed

The Confirmed status is displayed when the administrator of the User Portal Manager completed checking and verification of the user data.

The B2C user created on the User Portal Manager automatically gets the Confimed status.

The user card

A B2C user can be created in one of the following ways:

  • A self-service registration of a B2C user on the User Portal.

  • The administrator creates a B2C user in the User Portal Manager.
