Events (Android, iOS)

In the Events section, the mobile app user finds the tabs that feature the user events, analytics events, and the system events. The events are grouped under the relevant tabs: User events, Analytics, System events.

The User events tab lists the following user events:

  • Events that were added by the user while watching the video footage in the player.

  • Motion detect SMTP. Events that occurred within a secluded period that the administrator set for this camera in their interface on the Tag Schedule tab.

  • Intercom missed and answered calls.

The Analytics tab lists analytics events. These are the events that occurred within a created analytics case. An analytics case is created by the user through the web interface.

The System events tab lists the system events:

  • Changes in the activity of low- and high-quality streams.

  • Camera status change.

  • Motion detect SMTP. Includes all events of SMTP motion detection, regardless of whether a schedule is set for camera event markers.

Events are displayed in chronological order and grouped by date, with the newest data appearing at the top of the list. To refresh the list, swipe down the screen. You can also apply filters on each tab.
