View the Intercom tab (Android, iOS)

On the Intercom tab of the mobile app, the user can view all available to them intercoms.

Integration of intercoms is carried out by the administrator in the Administrator interface.

The Intercom tab features the following information and the management options:

  • An intercom name.

  • Preview from an intercom camera.

  • An intercom address (that is added in the Administrator interface).

  • The status of an intercom: Active, Inactive, Offline. The details about the Inactive status, are placed below.

  • The Open door button. The button is displayed for intercoms with the Active status.

  • The context menu icon (⋮) for each intercom. Tap this icon to open the list of the following actions:

    • Intercom information. Tap this button to open the section with information about the selected intercom. The section contains the tabs: Events, Visitors, Calls history.

    • Intercom settings. Tap this button to open a tab, where you can manage the intercom schedule and photos to open. For details, navigate to the Intercoms settings documentation section.

    • Open intercom camera. Tap this button to view the intercom camera in the player. For details, see the Open an intercom camera documentation section.

    • Open intercom door. Tap this button to unlock the door remotely via the mobile app. For details, navigate to the Open and intercom door documentation section.

Intercom management options

The Inactive status

Administrators can turn off the intercom panel. When the panel is off, the intercom gets the Inactive status. At the same time, its functionality is limited for users via the mobile app.

In the mobile app, the following options are disabled:

  • View video from the camera.

  • Add, edit, and delete photos.

  • Set the schedule.

  • Set of devices to receive calls.

  • Add users.

  • Unlock of the door via facial recognition.

In the mobile app, the following options remain enabled:

  • View the history of calls.

  • View and filter the events.

  • Navigate from the event to its archive.

  • View the added photos.

  • View the schedule.

  • View the visitors.

The following options remain available for users:

  • User can unlock the door with a physical key.

  • User can unlock the door with temporary codes created prior to the panel being turned off.

  • Calls from the intercom to the analog handset.
