Manage an Agent-integrated camera
Users can manage and access video from the Agent-integrated cameras in two primary locations:
The Devices > Cameras tab – this section is ideal for detailed configuration and management of individual cameras.
The All cameras tab – here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all available cameras, providing a broad overview and access to all video feeds.

Camera-related actions
Cameras on the Devices > Cameras tab
On the Devices > Cameras tab, you can find all the Agent-integrated cameras available to you.
Each camera features the following information:
Video preview.
Name.
Broadcast stopped – an indication that the camera broadcast is stopped.
A color-coded camera status:
Active (green) – all camera video streams are in the Active status.
Partially active (orange) – one of the camera video streams has a status other than Active.
Inactive (red) – each camera video stream has a status other than Active.
Initialization (blue) – the camera has no added streams.
Activating (gray) – the camera is currently in the process of activation.
A context menu for performing camera-related actions.
Watch video in the player
To initiate watching camera video in the player, tap the camera preview. For details on camera feed in Live and Archive modes, navigate to The camera player in Live and Archive documentation section. You can also watch camera video from the All cameras tab.
Manage the camera
You can manage the Agent-integrated camera in two primary locations:
The Devices > Cameras tab
From within the camera player while watching video
From the Devices > Cameras tab
To manage the camera, use its context menu. To open it, select the vertical ellipses icon (⋮) for the selected camera. The opened menu lists all camera-related actions.

The camera-related actions
Rename a camera. For details, see the Rename a camera page.
Add a camera to a camera group. For details, see the Camera groups page.
Add a camera to favorites or delete a camera from favorites. For details, see the Favorite cameras page.
Stop and resume camera broadcast. The details are below.
The Camera information section includes the following subtabs (details are below):
General information lists details of the camera.
Video streams – includes details of the camera streams.
Access – lists users who have access to this camera.
Archive – here, you can manage archive recording settings.

Stop and resume camera broadcast
Manage camera broadcast
You can stop or resume camera broadcast for the selected camera. For this purpose, the Stop broadcast and Resume broadcast buttons are available.
Stop camera broadcast
Once Stop broadcast is selected:
The camera status is changed to Inactive and an additional Broadcast stopped indicator is displayed.
The camera streams receive the Inactive status.
If archive recording was in progress, it stops automatically.
Access to the previously recorded archive remains available even when broadcast is inactive.
Resume broadcast
To resume camera broadcast, tap the Resume broadcast option. As a result:
The camera status is changed to Active.
The camera streams receive the Active status.
If the archive recording function is enabled, recording will automatically start when broadcast resumes.
Camera information
The Camera Information section provides a comprehensive overview of the current status and settings of the selected device.
The General information tab
The General information tab lists the following camera details:
Camera name
Manufacturer
Model
Serial number
IP address
MAC address
The Video streams tab
The Video streams tab lists the following details on each camera stream:
Resolution
Codek
If audio track is available
Current stream status: Active, Inactive
The Access tab
The Access tab lists users who have access to this camera.
The Access tab is displayed to the user if the administrator granted the current user the Users access level and permissions to view and manage users.
The Archive tab
The Archive tab allows you can customize camera recording settings, including options for both cloud and local archiving. The system defaults to recording in HD, but if that stream is unavailable, it will automatically switch to the next best available stream.
Record archive to cloud
To enable cloud archive recording, drag the toggle. The Turned on status will be displayed. Next, specify the number of days to store the archive: from1 to 90. When you turn the recording off, the Turned off status is displayed.
Record archive locally
You can record archive locally only if there is a local storage for archived footage. To enable archive recording locally, drag the toggle. The Turned on status will be displayed. When you turn the recording off, the Turned off status is displayed.
Additionally, the following details are displayed:
Total storage capacity – this indicates the amount of storage space available for your archive.
Video duration – this is an approximate time showing how long the available storage will last. The system calculates this value automatically.

From within the camera player while watching video
You can navigate to the camera settings from within the camera player. For this, select the Settings button at the top right.

From the opened Settings panel, you can perform the following actions:
Navigate to the camera information and additional camera management options.
Rename a camera. For details, see the Rename a camera page.
Delete a camera.
