Profile

The tabs within the section present both informational materials and tools for performing specific actions.

General information tab

General information contains the following details:

  • A login, name, and phone number of the current user.

  • A QR code to download the application. This feature automatically populates the Video surveillance server field during the profile creation process within the mobile application.

  • The Edit password option (available only with appropriate permissions). When a password lifetime limit is configured by the administrator, the system displays the exact date and time the password expires

Only the provider can change a login and a phone number.

Active sessions tab

The Active sessions tab provides a comprehensive overview of active and inactive sessions for the current user and any associated subusers. The Available components column details the functionality accessible within each session. This can include Video surveillance and/or Intercom capabilities. Video surveillance includes Analytics, Bridges, cameras with the integrated Agent.

To end a session, select the Complete session button of a relevant session.

Closing a session may result in the loss of all unsaved user data.

Session count tab

On the Session count tab of the Profile section, users can view detailed information about the number of available sessions for each system component. Only components the user has access to are displayed.

If the number of sessions for a single account exceeds the limit, functionality may be restricted depending on the specific system component, such as the intercom or video surveillance. Video surveillance includes Analytics, Bridges, cameras with the integrated Agent. Users will only see information for the system components they have permission to access.

The number of available sessions is configured by the system administrator. The system automatically determines which limit to display: either the standard number of sessions from the global settings or an individual limit if the administrator has set one for the current user. Individual settings override global ones.

Application settings

On the Application settings tab, the user can select the video protocol. The selection will be applied to all cameras of the user.

  • HLS (default) offers stability by using buffering to smooth out internet disruptions and preserve quality.

  • WebRTC focuses on speed, providing playback with minimal latency. Selecting WebRTC and saving changes triggers a compatibility check across your browser and media server. If unsupported, the system automatically switches to HLS and displays an explanatory message.
