My data. The Portal user personal account
In the My data section, you can view the personal data and the list of the added addresses.
Here, you can see a notification that your submitted data is awaiting verification after submission it to the operator.
The Added addresses tab also contains the information that the submitted data awaiting verification.
Until the submitted information is verified by the operator, access to the personal account functionality remains limited.
Data verification notifications
Depending on the verification process, the operator may confirm or decline verification of the submitted data.
If the operator declines verification of the personal data, you’ll see a notification with the explanation on the My data page.
If the operator declines verification of the personal data, then the submitted addresses are automatically declined as well.
If the submitted data confirmed by the operator, the notification is displayed in the My data section.
At the same time, all or several submitted addresses may not be confirmed. To check the status of each address, navigate to the Added addresses tab.
The video surveillance service is available only at the confirmed addresses.
If the personal data and at least one of the addresses is confirmed, the functionality of the Portal user personal account becomes fully available.
