Tariff plan. The Portal user personal account
In the Tariff plan section, the user can view, activate, and pay for the video surveillance services of the selected tariff plan as well as for the additional packages of Analytics.
When a tariff plan is successfully paid for and activated, you can navigate to the video surveillance platform.
The Tariff plan section contains two tabs:
Tariff plans – where you select and activate a tariff plan.
Additional packages – where you select and activate additional packages.
Tariff plans
By default, the Tariff plans tab contains the list of the tariff plans with a description and cost, as well as the list of the confirmed addresses where no tariff plan is connected. To activate a tariff plan, select all relevant addresses.
Next, select the Payment button to proceed with payment. As a result, the Payment for services panel opens featuring the following information:
A description and cost of the selected tariff plan.
The addresses where the tariff plan will be activated at.
The total amount to be paid.
A payment method selection.
The link to the public offer document.
Select Pay to proceed with the payment. As a result, you will be transferred to the payment page.
After successful payment, you’ll see a confirmation message on the successful payment. On the message, select a relevant option:
My services – to navigate to the My services section.
To tariff plans – to navigate to the Tariff plan section.
Rejected payments can be tracked in the My payments section.
If tariff plans are connected to all the added addresses, then a corresponding message is displayed.
When the tariff plan is activated, the Video Surveillance platform button becomes available for selection. Selecting the button, you navigate to the Camera section of the client web-interface of the platform.
Additional packages
On the Additional packages tab, you can activate additional packages of Analytics to be able to create analytics cases.
Additional packages connection is available only when at least one address has an active tariff.
To connect an additional package, follow the steps:
Select relevant packages. If required, adjust the quantity for each package.
Select Payment to proceed with the payment. As a result, the Payment for services panel opens with the following information:
The number of packages for Analytics for each level. You can edit the quantity or delete if required.
The total amount to be paid.
The available payment methods.
The link to the public offer document.
Select Pay to proceed with the payment. As a result, you will be transferred to the payment page.
After successful payment, you’ll see a confirmation message on the successful payment. On the message, select a relevant option:
My services – to navigate to the My services section.
To tariff plans – to navigate to the Tariff plan section.
