User events

User events include labels that have been manually set by the user. These labels are set on the timeline while viewing camera archives in the user web interface and in the mobile application.

User events

For each user event, the following information is displayed in the row:

  • Event type

  • Camera name

  • Camera address

  • Date and time of event creation

Adding a user label

The system allows for the addition of user-defined marks and their display on the timeline.

Marks are set only in archive viewing mode.

Marks are set for each camera separately.

To set a mark, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the archive of the desired camera.

  • On the camera image, click on the mark management button:

  • Click the mark settings button.

  • Select Add mark.

  • As a result, the form for adding a mark will be displayed

  • Enter the name of the mark and specify the time period

  • Click Add mark.

Created marks are displayed on the timeline.

Use the Previous mark and Next mark buttons to switch between marks.

Viewing an event

To view the archive at the moment of an event, open the list of user events and click on the camera's name.

This will lead to playback of the archive directly at the time of the event.

Opening on a layout

There is an option to simultaneously view multiple events.

To do this, select multiple rows in the list of user events and click Open in layouts.

You can choose up to six events.

This will take you to the page for viewing the archives of the corresponding cameras at the time of the selected events.
