The View in player tab. The Administrator client

On the View in player tab, you can view video footage from the selected intercom camera and also capture screenshots.

Please take into consideration that the intercom can be set up in a different time zone. This affects the date and time when you view live streams or archived footage, as well as when you export the archive. For details, see the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) section.

A camera with an archive feature allows for viewing video in archive irrespective of the camera’s streaming status. The available archive range is limited by the storage time allocated to that particular camera.

To select an intercom camera to view:

  1. Select the Edit button of a camera that is already added to view, or enter a camera address to search for a relevant camera.

  2. Select the appropriate camera from the list.

  3. Save.

An intercom camera requires a separate camera license. For details, see the Licensing article.

In the list of cameras, you can see only the cameras with the enabled Intercom's camera option on the General data tab. For details, see the View, add, and edit camera details documentation section.

To navigate to the settings of the selected camera, select the camera name.

The player is equipped with the following control buttons (as on the image below) and you can perform the following actions.
