Support (Android, iOS)

From the Support section, the mobile app user can reach out to the support team via email, chat, phone, or social networks. The available communication channels are configured by the administrator.

For example, to send an email message, follow the steps:

  1. From the Other section, tap Support.

  2. Select an option to send an email to contact the support team.

  3. This opens a default email client to send a message with a draft message that is prefilled. Here, review the draft and edit if required:

  • An email address of the support.

  • A message topic that was selected in the previous step.

  • A device type where the mobile app is installed.

  • An operating system version.

  • Your login.

  1. Describe the issues, add screenshots if relevant.

  2. Tap Send.

Once the message is sent, you’ll be redirected to the Other section.
