Events (Android, iOS)

In the Events section, the mobile app user finds the tabs that feature the user events, analytics events, and the system events. The events are grouped under the following tabs:

  • User events

  • Analytics

  • Device events

  • Camera events

  • System events

The User events tab lists the following user events:

  • Events manually tagged by the user during video playback.

  • Intercom answered and missed calls.

The Analytics tab lists detected analytics events. These are the events that associated with configured analytics cases. Analytics cases can be set up by the user through either the web or desktop interface.

The Device events tab lists the events received from the following devices: bridges, Agent-integrated cameras.

The Camera events tab:

  • Events detected by the camera's native, built-in analytical functionality.

  • Motion detect SMTP.

The System events tab lists the system events:

  • Changes in the activity of low- and high-quality streams.

  • Camera status change.

Events are displayed in chronological order and grouped by date, with the newest data appearing at the top of the list. To refresh the list, swipe down the screen. You can also apply filters on each tab.

Each section allows you to choose how events are displayed: as a grid or a list. Use the toggle button to switch modes. Your selected view will apply to all tabs.
