All users. The Portal administrator client

Under All users, you can find the list of all users of the Portal. Here, you can also navigate to the user’s profile and details to check and verify their addresses and personal data.

The user list

The following information is displayed for a user:

  • ID – the identification number of a user in the system.

  • Login – the Portal registration login of a user.

  • Full name – a full user’s name specified by a user.

  • Status – a user’s status. It can be one of the following: Onboarding, Ready to check, Confirmed.

  • Address – the address details specified by a user on the Portal.

  • Created at – the registration date of a user on the Portal.

Statuses

Onboarding

The Onboarding status is displayed for the registered on the Portal users but the users:

  • Haven’t completed any information in the My details section.

  • Completed step 1 (Service address) of the data verification process in the My details section.

  • Completed step 1 (Service address) and step 2 (Personal data) of the data verification process in the My details section.

Ready to check

The Ready to check status means that the submitted by the user data is ready for verification by the operator. The status is displayed when the user completed step 1 (Service address) and step 2 (Personal data) of the data validation process in the My details section and selected Complete data verification.

Confirmed

The Confirmed status is displayed when the operator completed checking and verification of the user’s data.

User’s details

To view the user’s details, select the relevant line with the user or select the View (eye) icon at the end of the line.

The panel with user’s details contains three information blocks:

  • User Details

  • Profile

  • Added addresses

The data submitted in Profile and Added addresses should be checked and verified by the operator. The Ready to check status will be available when the user completes step 1 (Service address) and step 2 (Personal data) of the data validation process in the My details section and selects Complete data verification.

Below, see the detailed description of how the user completes the data, and it further displayed in the Portal administrator client.

Profile

In the Profile block, you fin the information submitted by the user in step 2 (Personal data) of the data validation process in the My details section.

The block is available only to view unless the user completes step 1 and step 2 and selects Complete data verification on step 3.

As a result, you will navigate to the Profiles section of the selected user.

Added addresses

In the Added addresses block, you find the list of all added addresses the user specified during the registration process.

The block is available only to view unless the user completes step 1 and step 2 and selects Complete data verification on step 3. To view the address details, select the View (eye) icon.

As a result, you navigate to the Address Details panel.
