Аnalytics events

On the Analytics events tab, you can find Analytics events. Analytics events are system‑registered events that occur within Analytics cases added through the Desktop client and the Web interface.

Analytics events

The following details are available for each event on the tab:

  • A related Analytics type.

  • A case name.

  • An event image. Selecting the image opens it full screen. Users may engage with the image to utilize the zoom-in and zoom-out capability for detailed analysis. In certain analytics, an event image is a cropped image of the detected object. To view the full image, navigate to the details of the Analytics case.

  • An event name.

  • A detection area or intersection line whose crossing triggered an event detection.

  • An event category.

  • A camera name. Selecting the camera name opens the player with the playback of the detected event.

  • The date and time when an event occurred.

Play back an event in the player

To play back an individual event in the player, use one of the options:

  • Double‑click the event row with the left mouse button.

  • Select the horizontal ellipses icon of the event and Go to event.

As a result, the player launches with playback of the selected event. If the archive is unavailable, a message is shown to the user indicating that the archive isn’t available at this time.

Open events on a layout

There is an option to simultaneously play back multiple events in the player from within a layout. To do this, select the checkboxes of the relevant events and Open on layout.

You can choose up to six events to open on a layout.

As a result, the system opens the selected events in an automatically generated layout in the Archive/DVR section
