The Access documentation section provides comprehensive instructions on how mobile app users manage access to premises through Access points and associated devices available to them.
An Access tab combines all devices, such as intercoms, BLE keys, and other equipment that controls pedestrian or vehicle entry and exit at a specific facility location. It allows users to manage access through a single Access point instead of managing individual devices separately. Each access point is associated with a definite location.
Users see an access point at a specific location address when they are assigned a device associated with that access point. The administrator manages device assignments.
Additional access point information and configuration options are available through the icons in the top-right corner of the screen. The Information icon provides access to Permission management and Interactive onboarding, while the Display settings icon allows users to customize how access points are organized and displayed in the list. See the details in the relevant sections on this page.
Permissions
To use Access point functionality in the mobile app, the user must grant the required permissions to the app. Users can view and manage the permissions by selecting the Information icon
If the app doesn’t have all required permissions for the access point functionality, the button displays a color-coded indicator:
-
Red: at least one required permission is not granted.
-
Yellow: all required permissions are granted, but at least one optional permission is not granted.
Access point card and its functionality

Each card features the following details and management options:
-
The access point name. You can change the name via the Access point settings (see the details below in the article).
