Once issued by the admin, digital BLE keys appear automatically in the mobile app, ready to use instantly in the Access section or via Access point widget.
To manage available BLE keys, navigate:

The Access tab > Access point to which the BLE is associated > Tap the Gear icon

On the opened Access point settings, tap the Gear icon

User can tailor the entry style to fit the exact routine by choosing a preferred opening mode:

Open when in range: use for automatic open of the device. As user approaches a door, elevator, or gate, the system controller detects the smartphone via Bluetooth and unlocks access instantly.

To use: enable the toggle. This triggers the Auto-open status of the device in the access point device list.

Opening distance setting: adjusts the Bluetooth transmitter signal strength on the user mobile device. A stronger signal increases the distance between the mobile device and the lock when triggering occurs (specified in decibels).

Manual open.

To use: disable the Open when in range toggle. This triggers the Manual status of the device in the access point device list.

How manual open works: unlock the door or gate with a single Open tap on the device in the app from within the access point card.
