Subnet reservation

The Subnet reservation section displays a list of cameras (network devices) that obtained an IP address from DHCP servers within a dedicated DHCP pool/subnet.

You can search for reservations by MAC address or IP address.

Selecting the subnet address navigates you to the DHCP pool page, where the corresponding IP address is reserved.

Selecting a row displays detailed information about the reservation.

The page features the following information:

    • Identifier – device MAC address without separators.

    • IPv4 address – IP address assigned to the device by the DHCP server.

    • Subnet:

      • Network – subnet address.

      • Mask – subnet mask.

    • Relay list – list of IP relay agents authorized to forward requests to the DHCP server.

    • Router – first usable host IP address in the subnet.

    • Address pools:

      • Start address and End address – define the range of available IP addresses in the subnet.
