Neutral Device Manager is proprietary software designed to discover and configure proprietary Camera (Agent) devices on a local area network (LAN).
Preparation
Connect the PC to the same router or network switch as the Camera (Agent). Use an Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi.
Install Neutral Device Manager

Download the ZIP archive that contains the application.

Extract the archive.

Install and start Neutral Device Manager.
After startup, the application automatically discovers available Camera (Agent) devices on the local network and enables their configuration.
