Licenses are displayed only for connected modules on the platform. Each license type is presented in a separate section.

The Licensing section

Video surveillance

The following licenses are tracked:

Video surveillance cameras – the number of video surveillance cameras. License information includes:

  • Total – the number of allocated licenses.

  • Available – the number of available licenses.

  • Used – the number of used licenses.

Intercom panel cameras – the number of video surveillance cameras with the Intercom camera feature enabled. License information includes:

  • Total – the number of allocated licenses.

  • Available – the number of available licenses.

  • Used – the number of used licenses.

Access point

The number of licenses is displayed for each access point type. License information includes:

  • Total – the number of allocated licenses.

  • Available – the number of available licenses.

  • Used – the number of used licenses.

Access point devices

Intercoms

Intercom panels – the number of intercom panels, regardless of how the panel is added to the platform or its properties, specifications, or type. License information includes:

  • Total – the number of allocated licenses.

  • Available – the number of available licenses.

  • Used – the number of used licenses.

BLE devices

BLE controllers – the number of BLE devices. License information includes:

  • Total – the number of allocated licenses.

  • Available – the number of available licenses.

  • Used – the number of used licenses.

BLE keys – the number of BLE keys. License information includes:

  • Total – the number of allocated licenses.

  • Available – the number of available licenses.

  • Used – the number of used licenses, broken down by status:

    • Active – the number of licenses used for BLE keys with the Active status.

    • Inactive – the number of licenses used for BLE keys with the Inactive status.

Analytics

For the Analytics licenses, the following information is indicated:

  • The license name and its level.

  • Types of analytics available within the license of the specified level.

  • Shared – the number of licenses used for this licensing parameter.

  • Available – the number of available licenses for this licensing parameter.

  • Total – the total number of licenses for this licensing parameter.

  • Shared – the total number of licenses distributed to users by the operator.


For Level 1 video analytics license, the analytics types are as follows:

  • Detection of loud sounds.

  • Smoke and fire detection.

  • Line crossing detection.

  • Camera damage/overlap/vandalism detection.

  • Zone intrusion detection.

For Level 2 video analytics license, the analytics types are as follows:

  • Counting objects in an area.

  • Visitor counting.

For Level 3 video analytics license, the analytics types are as follows:

  • Face recognition:

    • Users – number of licenses used in the web client.

    • Devices – the number of licenses that are used by the intercom through the Administrator client.

  • License plate recognition.

  • Container number recognition.

For Level 4 video analytics license, the analytics types are as follows:

  • Face recognition:

    • Users

    • Devices

  • Counting objects in an area.

  • Visitor counting.

  • Detection of loud sounds.

  • License plate recognition.

  • Zone intrusion detection.

  • Camera damage/overlap/vandalism detection.

  • Smoke and fire detection.

  • Line crossing detection.

  • Container number recognition.

If analytics licenses are removed, information about analytics types, reactions, events, and analytics resources is retained for 7 days and then deleted permanently.

The status of licensing servers

The page also displays the licensing server status for Video surveillance, Access points, and Access point devices, as well as a separate status for Analytics. The status updates during periodic license synchronization. If a request returns an error, the status is displayed as Inactive.

If the licensing server is unavailable, license information displays No data instead of the license count.

The bottom of the page displays the following information received from the licensing server:

  • License status.

  • License type.

  • Validation.

  • Last synchronization date.

  • Technical support expiration date.

The data updates during periodic synchronization with the licensing server. You can also refresh the data manually. To do this, select Revalidate in the upper-right corner of the page.
