Resetting the Bridge device to factory settings
An administrator or user can reset the Bridge device to factory settings as long as they have physical access to the device.
To reset the device:

Locate the reset button: find the recessed button inside the AV (Reset) opening on the device enclosure. The opening contains a recessed reset button. For device details, see the Bridge device specifications page.

Start the reset: press and hold the button inside the opening for 5 seconds using a suitable tool.

Check the display: the device display shows four ones: 1111. Release the button after this indication appears.

Wait for completion: the reset process takes about 1 minute. When the process is complete, the display shows four zeros: 0000.

Restart the device: disconnect the power supply and reconnect it.
