Bridge is one of the methods for connecting video cameras to cloud video surveillance services. The video surveillance provider determines whether the Bridge device can be used based on the infrastructure requirements and available connection options.
With the Bridge device, users can independently integrate their video cameras with the cloud platform. Users perform all steps, from adding the Bridge device to configuring and managing cameras, through the user web interface without assistance from technical specialists.
This approach allows users to manage video surveillance flexibly: add and remove cameras, configure recording and storage settings, receive event notifications, and view archived footage. In addition, users can access live video and archives, manage connected cameras, and configure camera settings through the dedicated mobile app, web client, and desktop client. This provides full control over video surveillance from any device.
