Video Analytics capabilities are available across all interfaces of the video surveillance system, enabling end users to work with data conveniently through the web, desktop, and mobile application.
The Analytics functionality of each platform is optimized for its specific features, so the available options vary depending on the interface. The web interface of the video surveillance system provides users with full access to all Analytics capabilities.
This section shows where users can find the tools for Analytics setup, event monitoring, and archive access in each interface. The content is designed to help users quickly grasp platform differences and determine the most convenient way to use Video Analytics based on their tasks and device.
Web interface
The web interface ensures that users can access the entire range of Video Analytics features.

Create and configure Analytics cases. On the Analytics tab, users can create and configure cases for all Analytics types, as well as set up system reactions for them. In this same section, the user will also find statistics on the licenses already used and available, along with cameras where Analytics is enabled.

Monitor detected events. On the Events > Analytics events tab, users have access to a list of detected events from all types of Analytics, as well as the option to open the selected event in the player for viewing. For details, refer to the Analytics events documetnation section.

Watch archive video of detected events. On the Cameras tab, users can access archived video recordings of events captured from the selected camera. More details are provided in the documentation section View cameras in a layout. Events.

Mobile app

The mobile application enables users to quickly view all analytics events and their video recordings. A complete list of events detected by the system is available on the Events > Analytics tab. Each event can be opened in the player to watch the corresponding video recording. More details are provided in the Analytics events documentation section.

Every event is saved in the event feed of its camera that can be found on the Cameras tab. From within the event camera feed, users can access archived video recordings of a relevant event. Face recognition analytics in the intercom. One of the integrations with the video surveillance system is the Intercom module, which leverages Video Analytics – specifically Face Recognition. By utilizing Face recognition analytics, it automates access for authorized visitors, facilitating seamless, touch-free entry and eliminating the reliance on keys or PIN codes.
The video surveillance system administrator manages the door‑opening settings based on face recognition from the Administrator interface. Following administrative setup, end users gain access control via the mobile app, including the ability to upload photos to the recognition database.
