Events and reactions. Web client user

The Analytics section enables you to work with events and reactions.

An event represents a pre-set instrument or detector within different Analytics algorithms, created for executing particular functions.

A reaction is the system's response to an occurred event.

The Events and reactions tab

On the Events and reactions tab, you can find the following information:

  • The table with the pre-set reactions to events:

    • Under Title, you find a reaction name.

      • Below the name, the number of Analytics cases in which this reaction is currently used is displayed. When you select Cases, a list of cases is displayed.

      • The reaction name is marked with [DESKTOP-REACTION] indicating that this reaction is a part of the Analytics case that was created from the Desktop client.

    • The event to which the reaction is configured.

    • The system name of the reaction.

    • The reaction status.

    • The date when the reaction creation.

    • The Delete button.

  • The Add button that enables creation of a new reaction.

  • The Search field allows you to look up reactions based on their name.

  • Filters:

    • By event

    • By reaction

    • By analytic type

  • From the Page size drop‑down, you can control how many entries appear on a page: 15, 25, 50, or 100.

Selecting a row, navigates you to the page where you can edit the reaction. For details on how to add a reaction, see the Add a new reaction documentation section.
