Remote over-the-air (OTA) updates for the Camera (Agent) device
The Camera (agent) device supports remote over-the-air (OTA) updates. OTA (Over-the-Air) technology allows updating the device without physical access to the hardware.
The feature is available for both administrators and end users.
Web application users can manage the update process independently from the Camera (Agent) profile under the General information tab. For this, navigate Devices > Cameras > Selected Camera (Agent) in the web interface. To update the device, select the Update button. For more details, see the Camera (Agent) documentation section for web application users.
Administrators have full control over the firmware repository and can update selected Camera (Agent) devices.
