System access for administrator-created users is time-limited and can be functionally restricted.
Add a user account
To add a user, follow the steps:
-
Select the Add user button.
-
On the opened panel, complete the details:
-
Name.
-
Login.
-
Create a password and confirm it.
-
With the Password lifetime toggle, you can configure password expiration when managing a user account. This option is available on the Change password tab when updating a user account. The configuration applies to both the primary user and all their sub‑users, providing consistent and centralized control. The user will see the password expiration date from within the web interface on the Settings tab > Profile > General information.
-
Specify the PTZ priority from 1 to 100. Higher values grant users greater priority in controlling PTZ cameras remotely.
-
Under Expired at, specify an account expiration date. This determines how long the user account and any subusers created by the user remain active. Once the specified date and time are reached, neither the user nor their subusers will be able to access the system.
-
Configuration of individual session limit. When creating or updating a user account, under Individual session limit, the administrator can manage the number of sessions for video surveillance and intercoms assigned to the selected user. For this, activate the Individual session limit toggle. Then specify the required number of sessions separately for video surveillance and for access points.
The individual session limit overrides the global default settings for all users. Administrators manage the global settings from within the System settings section > Access rights settings.
-
Select the cameras you grant access to this user from within a defined level of access – public or private. For this, under the Cameras section, select relevant cameras. The Public cameras and Private cameras lists represent cameras available at the selected address with the relevant access level. These are the cameras that are available to the administrator. Cameras marked with a special icon
have the Intercom’s camera option enabled on the General data tab.
The cameras that are currently selected to grant access to the user are listed under Selected cameras. You can edit this list. When changes are saved, these cameras will be listed under Saved user cameras. If required, specify the archive storage duration in days. For this, select the Edit icon for a relevant camera. To manage multiple cameras' storage simultaneously, select the checkboxes of these cameras and Change archive length for selected.
To cancel the current selection of cameras, select relevant cameras in the Selected cameras list and Delete selected. Optionally, you can also clear the checkboxes of relevant cameras in the Cameras section.
-
Under Intercoms list, intercoms are displayed only once the user is added to an apartment where the intercom is used. The list is non‑editable.
When an administrator grants a user access to a camera through the Administrator interface, the camera will appear in the user’s interface – whether it’s a web interface, a desktop, or a mobile app. The camera will be displayed with the name that was assigned by the administrator at the time access to the user was granted.
If the administrator changes the name of this camera, the user interface keeps the original name.
The same rule applies when the user changes a camera name, the Administrator interface keeps the original name.
-
Grant all relevant access levels to the user.
-
Optionally, specify a pool of IP addresses from which login to the web interface is allowed. The system will block login attempts from IP addresses not in the allowed pool, displaying ‘Access from this IP address is denied’.
-
Select the Create button to finalize the user creation.
You can grant the user Analytics level access. In this case, you should specify a number of licenses that the user may apply when creating analytics cases.
Following the removal of Analytics licenses, data related to analytics types, reactions, events, and analytics resources is kept for a period of 7 days. After this time, the data is automatically deleted.

If analytics licenses are removed while editing user parameters, data on analytics types, reactions, events, and analytics resources is retained for 7 days, then deleted permanently.

The user can change their password independently but cannot modify the password validity period.
Access points
The tab displays a list of devices accessible to the user:
-
Intercoms: the user is added to at least one apartment. Select the vertical ellipsis icon to open the context menu to view additional intercom information: entrance number, apartment number, and key count.
-
BLE devices: a permanent or temporary key is issued to the user (regardless of the user key status).
-
Actuator device (planned for future releases): the user is added to the actuator device (regardless of the device status).
The device list is presented as a table with an overview of the main data on each key:

Block a user
The Blocking functionality is available to users created by administrators. The status of such a user must be Active.
The Block and Unblock buttons are introduced, allowing administrators to instantly restrict or restore access directly from a system user's profile card. The function partially restricts user access to the functionality of all client interfaces – web interface, mobile application, and desktop client. The user will be able to authenticate within the interface; however, access to cameras, video playback, and certain other functions will be disabled.
To block or unblock a user, select the Block or Unblock button.
To learn more about interface-specific restrictions for blocked users, see the relevant documentation section:
Delete a user
To delete a user, select the Delete button and confirm the action.
-
If you attempt to delete a user who has access to cameras that you, as the administrator, cannot see, a warning message will appear.
-
When a user is deleted, all Analytics cases they have created are also removed.
A warning message will appear if you try to delete a user with subusers, indicating that the subusers will also be deleted. If you proceed, the user and the associated subusers will be deleted.
When the user is deleted, all associated events, including their logs and the logs of linked subusers, will be permanently removed after a period of 30 days.
