The General information tab contains the main information on the BLE device under the following sections:

About the device – basic details of a current BLE device.

Access point – connection data between the BLE device and the access point.
Device info
The section includes the following information:

Server registration status – current connection state of the device to the online server. Valid statuses:
-
online – the device registered successfully on the server
-
initialization – the server registration check is running during the initial connection
-
offline – the device isn’t registered on the server
-

Name – the name of the BLE device. Can be edited via the Edit button on the top right of the BLE card.
-
UUID – unique system identifier of the BLE device.
-
Vendor – official manufacturer name.
-
Model – device model name or code assigned by the manufacturer.
-
Model ID – manufacturer product identifier.
-
Device ID – unique factory identifier (serial number) of a specific device.
When the status is offline, the Recheck button is available for manual status requests. The system also runs a background status check automatically once every 5 minutes.
Access point
The section provides the following details and actions:

UUID – if the BLE device links to an access point, the access point UUID displays. If the BLE device does not link to an access point, a dash "-" displays.

Access point – if the BLE device links to an access point, the access point name displays. Selecting this name opens the access point card. If the BLE device does not link to an access point, a dash "-" displays.

Access point type – if the BLE device links to an access point, the access point type displays. If the BLE device does not link to an access point, a dash "-" displays.

Location – if the BLE device links to an access point, the name of the associated location displays. Selecting this name navigates to the location access point list. If the BLE device does not link to an access point, a dash "-" displays.

Unlink from access point – this button is available when the BLE device links to an access point. Selecting this button unlinks the BLE device from the access point. If the BLE device does not link to an access point, the button remains hidden.
When you unlink the BLE device from the access point:
-
The system deletes all previously added permanent and temporary keys.
-
The system releases the key licenses occupied by them.
-
The system revokes the associated service provisions for users within this access point.
