Licensing model
The BLE device and BLE key functionality is provided under separate licenses with the corresponding licensing parameters.
The BLE.Device and BLE.Key licenses are independent and do not depend on other platform licenses.
Usage rules
BLE device

Adding a BLE device instance requires an available BLE.Device license. If no license is available, the platform blocks adding a new BLE device regardless of the administrator's access level.

The BLE.Device license limits the maximum number of BLE devices connected to the platform.

Adding one BLE device instance consumes 1 license. When a BLE device is deleted, the license is released and becomes available for reuse.
BLE key

Creating a BLE key instance that provides access through a BLE device requires an available BLE.Key license. If no license is available, the platform blocks creating a new BLE key.

The BLE.Key license limits the maximum number of BLE keys created on the platform.

Creating one BLE key instance consumes 1 license regardless of the key type, status, validity period, or other parameters. When a BLE key is deleted, the license is released and becomes available for reuse.
