User actions. Cameras

The User actions tab contains information about the logged user actions performed with regard to the current camera. These actions are performed by users in the client interfaces: the Web client, the Desktop client, and the mobile apps; by the administrators – in the Administrator client.

The User action tab

You can filter the events in the following way:

  • According to the set period.

  • According to the selected users.

  • According to the user role:

    • User – the event types include actions performed by users in the client interfaces.

    • Sub-user – the event types include sub-users actions performed by users in the client interfaces.

    • Administrator – the event types include administrator actions performed in the Administrator client.

  • According to the events.

The following events are available:

For users and sub-users
  • Create a mark

  • Update a mark

  • Delete a mark

  • Add a camera to favorites

  • Remove a camera from favorites

  • Download archive

  • Add a camera to a sub-user

  • Remove a camera from a sub-user

  • Get Live stream

  • View camera Archive

For administrators
  • Create a camera

  • Update a camera

  • Delete a camera

  • Delete all streams on a camera

  • Handle an issue on a camera

  • Transfer a camera between locations

  • Create a stream

  • Update a stream

  • Delete a stream

  • Get a live stream

  • Get a live stream preview

  • Get an archive stream

  • Get an archive stream preview

  • Download an archive

  • Generate an archive

  • Restart a stream

  • High quality stream is active by admin

  • High quality stream is inactive by admin

  • Low quality stream is active by admin

  • Low quality stream is inactive by admin

  • A camera is deleted

  • Archive recording is changed

  • A camera was renamed

  • Change camera archive storage days

  • A camera address is added

  • A camera address is deleted

  • Remove a stream

  • Configuration is changed

The user actions are also available for tracking in the Logging section > Events > Cameras events.
